U.S.A and International customers in are responsible for custom fees applied by their country's Customs and Border Protection if item is shipped to a U.S.A or International address.

We offer free ground shipping to addresses in Canada (excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut).
$US 20 flat rate applies to ground shipping addresses in Continental U.S.A.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified with anticipated shipping date. The remaining order will be fully processed and shipped. Backorders surpassing 90 days will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
All damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier and not Pursed Boutique. Inspect all packages completely at time of delivery and notify driver of any damage. Contact carrier immediately if damage is found after delivery to file a claim. Maintain all packing materials for carriers’ inspection.
