Pursed Boutique offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return request is made within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.
How To Return An Item:
If you are not pleased with the product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product. Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Pursed Boutique to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number and provide return address.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refunded item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sales and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
